Yongan Ai, male, graduated from Shenyang University of Chemical Technology with a bachelor degree in 1992. In the same year, he joined in Beijing Research & Design Institute of Rubber Industry (BRDI), dedicating himself to non-standard product design, nitrogen filled curing and recycling system, equipment installation, modification and commissioning, big scale project management, etc. He is currently the president assistant of BRDI, director of electrical and mechanical services department with a title of professorate senior engineer. He holds a post of vice chairman of BRDI senior title committee. He is also a member of academic degree evaluation committee, the vice chairman of the editorial board of China Rubber/Plastics Technology and Equipment and a member of the editorial board of Tire Industry committee. He is qualified as registered qualification certificate of consultant engineer.

Design:
    Yongan Ai has accomplished plenty of project designs as the project in-charge, such as ‘the Ninth Five-year Plan’ national key project - 45 inches hydraulic vulcanizing machine, 40.5 inches and 46 inches vulcanizing machine, finished tire test line, nitrogen filled curing and recycling system, natural rubber automatic cutting line, 1st stage belted steel radial tire building machine, pressure vessel, bead wire production line, post cure inflator, segmented mold drying machine.

Technical reformation:
    As the project leader, Yong’an Ai has completed a number of projects technical reformations, such as the inverter internal mixer, rubber sheet cooling system, mill, calender, tread linkage line, wire cutting machine, 90 ° carcass ply cutting machine, cold / hot laminating machine, multi-blade vertical cutting machine, bead production line, inner-liner, 1stst and 2nd stage radial tire building machine, single stage building machine, mechanical and hydraulic vulcanizing machine, mold cleaning machine, raw tire painting machine, finished test line, bladder vulcanizing machine.

Project contracting:
    Yongan Ai has been accomplished many projects of equipment installation, modification and commissioning as the project in-charge. Some of them are new tire equipment installation of Bridgestone (Tianjin) Tire Co. Ltd., the second phase 13 million units radial tires of Kumho Tires (Tianjin) Co. Ltd., 5 million units radial tires of Beijing Capital Tire, 3 million units radial tires of HuaiYin Hankook tire, Aeolus tire 3# mixing center processing equipment and utilities, Shandong Yongtai Chemical Co. mixing center and utilities, Nangang rubber processing equipment, Jiaxing Hankook second phase mixing center, Changchun Tire Co. 750 thousand units radial tire, Aeolus tire 150 thousand units OTR tire mixing center and utilities, Qingdao Yellow Sea Co. utilities expansion project.
