Functional materials with excellent piezoresistance sensitivity are attracting more attention due that they can be used as advanced materials in pressure sensors. For the researched piezoresistance nanocomposites, we employ one-dimensional (1D) carbon nanotubes (CNT) with difference aspect ratios and two-dimensional (2D) graphene as conducting functional fillers and silicone rubber as polymer matrix, which can produce a great strain at low stress so that finally the nancomposites show outstanding piezoresistance sensitivity. Different to the zero-dimensional (0D) carbon black (CB)/polymer composites, the 1D and 2D carbon nanofiller/silicone rubber nanocomposites display a positive piezoresistance effect (PPRE), namely the resistance of nanocomposites increases with an increase in pressure stress. Therefore, the mechanism of PPRE is studied in this work by employing the insulating SiO2 nanoparticles and the electrical conducting CB particles as the second kind of fillers. In addition, the effect of aspect ratio (AR) of 1D-CNT on piezoresistivity was explored. A correlation between AR of 1D-CNT and piezoresistivity of the corresponding composites was established.

党智敏:教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者,教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划入选者。2001年获西安交通大学电气工程(电气绝缘材料方向)专业博士学位。研究方向为介电高分子材料,领导北京科技大学“介电高分子材料与器件实验室”,北京科技大学化学与生物工程学院高分子科学与工程系系主任。中国电工技术学会工程电介质专业委员会委员,分子与微结构可控高分子材料技术北京市重点实验室第一届学术委员会委员,中国复合材料学会第六届理事会理事,《复合材料学报》第七届编辑委员会编委,《绝缘材料》期刊编委,Journal of Advanced Physics杂志亚洲区主编。迄今为止完成和承担包括国家科技部973项目、863项目、中法国际合作项目、国家基金(6项)等30多项,获2项省部级奖励。担任Nature Materials, Advanced Materials,Angewandte Chemie和Applied Physics Letters等30多类国际期刊审稿人。在介电功能复合材料领域发表期刊论文160多篇,SCI收录140多篇,其中在国际著名期刊包括Progress in Materials Science (特邀综述), Advanced Materials,Applied Physics Letters等著名期刊发表论文40多篇,被SCI收录期刊论文他引2800多次, h指数32。法国巴黎中央理工大学客座教授。
