摘要:

To investigate the effect and mechanism of carbon nanotubes modified by iron oxide on thermal stability of silicone rubber, a series of silicone rubber based composites filled with CNTs, α-Fe2O3, γ-Fe2O3, a mixture of γ-Fe2O3 and CNTs, and γ-Fe2O3 modified CNTs (γ-Fe2O3-CNTs) were prepared, respectively. The results indicated that the presence of CNTs affected the crystalline form of attaching Fe2O3 which was changed from α to γ. γ-Fe2O3 also got a enlarged special surface area in the γ-Fe2O3-CNTs. γ-Fe2O3 was a more effectively thermal resistant additive than α-Fe2O3 due to the changes of crystalline form during the thermal aging. A synergy was found in the improvement of the thermal stability of γ-Fe2O3-CNTs/silicone rubber due to the thermal conductivity of CNTs and the enhanced γ-Fe2O3 by the CNTs. The enhanced γ-Fe2O3 sharply reduced the amount of the gases obtained from the oxidation of the side methyl groups of silicone rubber.

郑俊萍,女,1969年生人,长期在高性能橡胶材料及有机/无机纳米复合材料方向开展研究工作,作为项目负责人先后主持了两项国家自然科学基金项目和多项军工配套项目;已在国内外高水平期刊和国际会议发表学术论文60余篇,SCI正面他引300余次;申请了国防专利6项(已授权6项),申请了中国发明专利26项(已授权14项)。在多个学术会议作邀请或口头报告。2008年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才。担任国家自然科学基金的同行评议人及多个国际著名期刊审稿人。担任天津市科委项目评审验收专家。
