摘要:
氧化石墨烯由于其具有高比表面积、高模量以及表面可修饰性被认为是一种制备高性能聚合基复合材料的理想填料。本文我们利用乳液复合法成功将氧化石墨烯填充到轮胎用丁苯橡胶以及天然橡胶中制备得到氧化石墨烯基橡胶复合材料。氧化石墨烯在低填充份数下就体现出很好的增强效应。另外,氧化石墨烯/丁苯橡胶纳米复合材料体现出很好的气密性以及耐磨性。在我们的进一步研究工作中,我们将上述方法制备得到的氧化石墨烯/丁苯橡胶絮凝母胶应用到传统绿色轮胎体系中。具体来说,通过机械共混的方式将白炭黑加入到该氧化石墨烯/丁苯橡胶母胶中,制备得到氧化石墨烯与白炭黑共同填充的橡胶纳米复合材料。研究发现,并用体系填充所得的纳米复合材料的各项性能均达到较好的平衡,少量氧化石墨烯的加入可以提高复合材料的动态力学性能、滚动阻力以及耐磨性能。该项研究工作表明,石墨烯的出现将引发橡胶轮胎工业一场新的技术革命。
