| 阐述GB/T 6038—2006标准环状试样模具的限制与不足、新型环状试样模具的优势与应用，并对两种模具制备的试样拉伸性能测试结果进行对比。结果表明：新型环状试样模具有效地解决了标准环状试样模具因尺寸限制与硫化机不匹配的问题，且经实践验证，其结构设计合理，可自由转换规格，使用灵活、轻便，显著降低了工人的劳动强度，提升了生产效率，降低了实验室成本。 |

| The limitations and shortcomings of the GB/T 6038—2006 standard circular sample mold and the advantages and applications of the new circular sample mold were elaborated，and the tensile property test results of the samples prepared by the two molds were compared.The results showed that the new circular sample mold effectively solved the problem of mismatch between the standard circular sample mold and the vulcanizing machine due to size limitations.Through practical verification，the structural design of new circular sample mold was reasonable，the specifications could be freely converted，and it was flexible and lightweight to use.The new circular sample mold significantly reduced the labor intensity of workers，improved production efficiency and reduced laboratory costs. |
