The causes of quality defects such as unstable tread size,delamination,high porosity,and unqualified length during the tread extrusion process of all-steel truck and bus radial tires were analyzed.Through measures such as controlling the mixing quality of the compound,optimizing the die design,optimizing the process control,the extrusion quality defects of the tread were reduced,the qualification rate were increased,and the return compound was effectively reduced,reducing energy consumption. |
