      热采是稠油开采中提高采收率的重要方法,该方法需要通过油管注入高温水蒸气,对密封油套管环形空间的封隔器胶筒提出了很大的挑战。全氟醚橡胶的氟含量高,与氟橡胶相比具有更优异的物理和化学性能。采用过氧化物硫化体系硫化的全氟醚橡胶还具有良好的耐高温水蒸气性能,在稠油热采领域有广阔的应用前景,但是全氟醚橡胶昂贵的价格限制了该类型封隔器胶筒的大规模推广应用,从短期来看可以通过橡胶并用技术平衡成本问题,建议国内加快耐高温全氟醚橡胶的国产化进程。
英文摘要:
      Thermal recovery is an important method for improving oil recovery in heavy oil extraction. This method requires injecting high-temperature water vapor through the oil pipe,which poses a great challenge to the packer rubber for sealing the casing annular space.Perfluoro rubber(FFKM) has a high fluorine content and superior physical and chemical properties compared to fluorine rubber.FFKM vulcanized using a peroxide vulcanization system also has good high-temperature water vapor resistance and broad application prospects in the field of heavy oil thermal recovery.However,the high price of FFKM limits the large-scale application of FFKM packer rubber.In the short term,the cost issue can be balanced through rubber blending technology.It is recommended to accelerate the localization process of high-temperature resistant FFKM in China.
