研究裂解炭黑在7.00R16LT轻型载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明,在胎侧胶中加入5份裂解炭黑替代部分传统炭黑,对胶料的加工性能、物理性能、耐臭氧老化性能和耐疲劳性能无明显影响,生热略升高,成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能满足国家标准要求,同时有利于降低生产成本。 |

The application of pyrolysis carbon black in the 7.00R16LT Light truck and bus radial tire side wall comfound was studied.The results showed that adding 5 phr pyrolysis carbon black to replace some traditional carbon black in the side wall comfound,had no obrious effects on processability,physical properties,ozone aging resistance and fatigue resistance of the compound,the high-speed performance and durability of the finish tire met the requirements of national standards,and the production costs were reduced. |
