The parametric design of the 11R22.5TL-ECO lightweight all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied.The parametric design based on 3D design software CATIA allowed for quick adjustment of tire contours and material distribution,with simple operation.The 3D design software constrained drawing to make the contour dimensions more accurate,ensuring the rationality of tire size design and improving design and simulation efficiency,which helped to shorten the development cycle and reduce production costs. |
