      研究不同类型硅烷偶联剂在全钢子午线轮胎上三角胶中的应用。结果表明:与硅烷偶联剂Si69和Si75相比,封端巯基硅烷偶联剂A-02对白炭黑的改性效果更好,改善了白炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散性,可明显提高白炭黑填充三角胶胶料的加工性能;加入封端巯基硅烷偶联剂A-02的三角胶胶料的硬度、100%定伸应力和拉伸强度最大,DIN磨耗量和压缩疲劳温升最小,综合性能佳。
英文摘要:
      Application of different types of silane coupling agents in the upper apex compound of all-steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that,compared with silane coupling agents Si69 and Si75,end-blocked mercapto-silane coupling agent A-02 had a better modification effect on silica,thereby improving the dispersibility of silica in rubber matrix,and improving processability of silica filled apex compound.The hardness,100% elongation stress and tensile strength of the apex compound with the end-blocked mercapto-silane coupling agent A-02 were the highest,the DIN wear was the smallest,compression fatigue temperature rise was the lowest,the overall performance was excellent.
