通过调整轮胎肩部冠带条缠绕圈数、螺距及张力,设计正交试验,研究冠带条缠绕方式对轮胎性能的影响。结果表明:冠带条缠绕方式对轮胎的高速性能、六分力特性、均匀性和接地印痕形状都有不同程度的影响;冠带条缠绕圈数增加,轮胎的侧偏刚度减小,接地印痕趋向椭圆形。 |

In this study,the influence of the winding method of the crown strip on tire performance was investigated by an orthogonal test and the factors were the number of winding turns at the crown shoulder,pitch and tension of the crown strip.The results showed that the winding method of the crown strip had a certain influence on the safety performance,the six-component force performance,the shape of the ground footprint and the uniformity of the tire.When the number of winding turns increased,the lateral stiffness of the tire decreased,and the ground footprint tended to be elliptical. |
