| 介绍ST235/85R16全钢拖车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 802 mm，断面宽 232 mm，胎圈着合直径 404 mm，胎圈着合宽度 178 mm，行驶面宽度 178 mm，行驶面弧度高 7 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.99，胎面花纹采用4条直线型纵沟设计，沟底为曲折设计，纵沟深度为10 mm。施工设计：胎面采用冠胶和基部胶两层结构，胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线，3层带束层均采用0.37＋6×0.32ST钢丝帘线，胎圈采用正六边形的钢丝圈，成型采用三鼓成型机，硫化采用双模定型热板式硫化机。成品试验结果表明，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合国家和企业标准要求，且满足美国市场拖车轮胎的使用性能要求。 |

| The design of ST235/85R16 all-steel trailer radial tire was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 802 mm，cross-section width 232 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 404 mm，bead width at rim seat 178 mm，width of running surface 178 mm，arc height of running surface 7 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 0.99，the tread pattern was designed with four straight longitudinal grooves，the bottoms of groove were designed with curves，and the longitudinal groove depth was 10 mm.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：the tread was constructed with a dual-layer structure，consisting of a crown compound and a base compound，the carcass framework material utilized 3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT steel cord，three belt layers utilized 0.37＋6×0.32ST steel cord，the bead adopted hexagonal steel wire，using three drum building machine to build tire，and dual mold shaped hot plate vulcanization press to cure tire.The test results of finished product showed that the inflated peripheral dimensions，strength performance，durability，and high-speed performance of finished tire met the requirements of national and enterprise standards，and it met the performance requirements for trailer tires in the US market. |
