      介绍205/55R16 91V新能源轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 630 mm,断面宽 222 mm,行驶面宽度 170 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.8 mm,胎圈着合直径 404.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度 185 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.957,胎面主花纹沟深度 7.0 mm。施工设计:使用低滚动阻力胎面胶配方,采用单层胎体高反包结构,带束层采用2×0.30ST钢丝帘线,采用全自动一次法成型机成型,双模热板式硫化机硫化。通过对轮胎接地印痕、侧偏特性和滚动阻力等有限元仿真分析确定了设计方案的可行性。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、脱圈阻力、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应设计和国家标准要求,实现了降低滚动阻力的目的,操纵稳定性及舒适性主观评价全面提升。
英文摘要:
      The design on 205/55R16 91V new energy passenger car radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 630 mm,cross-sectional width 222 mm,width of running surface 170 mm,arc height of running surface 7.8 mm,bead diameterat rim seat 404.2 mm,bead width at rim seat 185 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 0.957,tread main pattern groove depth 7.0 mm.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:tread compound adopted low rolling resistance formula,using monolayer high turn-up carcass,2×0.30ST steel cord for belt,and using fully automatic one-stage building machine to build tires and double mold hot plate vulcanizing press to cure tires.The feasibility of the design scheme was confirmed by finite element simulation analysis of tire footprint,cornering characteristics and rolling resistance.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength,bead unseating resistance,durability and high-speed performance of tire met the requirements of corresponding desing and national standards,achieved the purpose of reducing rolling resistance,and the subjective evaluaiton of handing stability and comfort were comprehensively improved .
