      研究停放温度和停放时间对带束层胶和胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着停放时间的延长,带束层胶和胎面胶的门尼粘度增大,且环境温度越高,增大趋势越明显,门尼焦烧时间缩短,且在较高温环境下,门尼焦烧时间更短;停放时间和停放温度对带束层胶的物理性能几乎没有影响,对胎面胶的定伸应力影响不大,但胎面胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率随着停放时间的延长而减小。
英文摘要:
      The effects of parking temperature and parking time on the properties of belt compound and tread compound were studied.The results showed that with the extension of parking time,the Mooney viscosity of the belt compound and the tread compound increased,and the higher the ambient temperature,the more obvious the increase trend was,the Mooney scorch time was shortened,and the shorter the Mooney scorch time at high ambient temperature.Parking time and temperature had little effect on the physical properties of the belt compound,and had a small effect on the modulus of the tread compound,but the tensile strength and elongation at break ot the tread compound decreased with the extension of parking time.
