| 介绍轮胎二次法成型机及成型工艺，并提出改进措施。通过采取制定部件接头及裁刀清理等操作规范、制定现场施工标准模板、改造胎面后压辊和肩压辊、调整成型工艺参数、胎面供料架加装烤灯装置和一段成型鼓扣圈盘加装磁铁吸附装置等措施，二次法成型轮胎的质量问题得到了有效控制，提高了产品的市场竞争力。 |

| The tire two-step building machine and building process were introduced，and the improvement measures were put forward.By taking measures such as making operation specification of parts joints and cutter cleaning，formulating site construction standard template，reforming the back pressure roll and shoulder pressure roll of the tread，adjusting building process parameters，adding baking lamp device to the feed frame of tread，and adding magnet absorption device to the buckle ring plate of one-stage building drum，the quality problems of the two-step building tire were effectively controlled，which could improve the market competitiveness of the product. |
