      使用苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)制备压延人造革,研究发泡层与基布的粘接性能以及人造革的压延温度、耐磨性能及表面颜色牢度。结果表明:选择SEBS YH-510与SEBS YH-520并用(并用比为70∶20),发泡层与不同基布的纵向和横向剥离强度均可达到30 N左右;选择SEBS YH-510与SEBS YH-520并用比为(45∶45)~(65∶25)时,人造革的压延温度在130~160 ℃范围内可调,耐磨和耐折性能良好,满足使用要求;SEBS人造革可使用现有有机硅表面处理剂进行表面处理,当SEBS YH-520用量大于20份时,人造革表面颜色牢度等级达到4级或4级以上,随着SEBS YH-520用量的增大,人造革的表面颜色牢度等级提高,表面处理效果更好。
英文摘要:
      The styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer(SEBS)was used to prepare calendered leatherette,and the adhesive properties between the foaming layer and the base fabric,as well as the calendering temperature,abrasion resistance and surface color fastness of the leatherette were studied.The results showed that when SEBS YH-510 and SEBS YH-520 were blend(with a blending ratio of 70∶20),the longitudinal and transverse peeling strengths between the foaming layer and different base fabrics could reach around 30 N.When the blending ratio of SEBS YH-510 and SEBS YH-520 was in the range of(45∶45)to(65∶25),the calendering temperature of the leatherette could be adjusted within the range of 130 to 160 °C,and the leatherette had good abrasion resistance and folding resistance,met the usage requirements.The existing silicone-based surface treatment agents could be used for the surface treatment of SEBS leatherette.When the amount of SEBS YH-520 was more than 20 phr,the surface color fastness grade of the leatherette reached 4 grade or above.As the amount of SEBS YH-520 increased,the surface color fastness grade of the leatherette was improved,and the surface treatment effect was better.
