      介绍不同方法制备取向碳纤维增强导热复合材料的特点和进展,并对取向碳纤维/橡胶导热复合材料的发展方向进行展望。目前制备高导热取向碳纤维增强复合材料的方法主要包括冰模板取向法、外场辅助取向法和剪切力取向法等。每种方法均具有自身的特点和优势,可以根据具体需求选择合适的方法来实现碳纤维的取向。调控碳纤维沿特定方向取向排列的橡胶复合材料能够充分利用碳纤维在轴向上的高导热特性,显著提高材料在取向方向上的热导率。这种具有高导热各向异性的碳纤维/橡胶复合材料在热界面材料领域有着广阔的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      The characteristics and progress of oriented carbon fiber reinforced thermally conductive composites prepared by different methods were introduced,and the development direction of oriented carbon fiber/rubber thermal conductive composites was prospected.At present,the methods for preparing conductive oriented carbon fiber reinforced highly thermal composites mainly included ice template orientation method,external field-assisted orientation method and shear force orientation method.Each method had its own characteristics and advantages,and the appropriate method could be selected according to specific needs to achieve carbon fiber orientation.Rubber composites that regulate the orientation of carbon fibers in specific directions could make full use of the high thermal conductivity of carbon fibers in the axial direction and significantly improve the thermal conductivity of the material in the orientation direction.The carbon fiber/rubber composites with high thermal conductive anisotropy had broad application prospects in the field of thermal interface materials.
