      以氯丁橡胶/丁腈橡胶并用胶为主体,通过配方优化设计制备耐硅油、耐海水,力学性能和声学性能满足要求的橡胶透声壳体材料;根据产品结构特点设计合理的硫化模具,采用该模具,胶料在120 ℃下装模,逐步加压使胶料充满模腔,升温至150 ℃硫化45 min,采用充气方式脱模,制得的橡胶透声壳体满足使用要求。
英文摘要:
      Using chloroprene rubber/nitrile rubber composite as the main material,a silicone oil and seawater resistant rubber sound transmission shell material whose mechanical and acoustic properties met the requirements was prepared through formula optimization.A reasonable vulcanization mold was designed based on the structural characteristics of the product.Using this mold,the rubber material was loaded into the mold at 120 ℃,then gradually pressurized to fill the mold cavity,and heated to 150 ℃ for vulcanization for 45 min,demolded using inflatable method.The resulting rubber sound transmission shell met the using requirements.
