      研究全钢载重子午线轮胎钢丝帘布剥离力的影响因素。通过试验确定钢丝帘布优化压延条件为:钢丝帘线张力 1 085 N,压延速度 <25 m·min-1 ,积胶量 2~4 mm,锭子库房相对湿度 <40%,锭子库房温度 高于室外温度2~3 ℃。胎体采用剥离力高的钢丝帘布的轮胎的耐久性能明显提高,使用寿命延长。
英文摘要:
      The influencing factors of peeling force of steel cord fabric in all-steel truck and bus radial tire were studied.Through experiments,it could be determined that the optimal calendering conditions of steel cord fabric were as follows:the tension of the steel cord was 1 085 N,the calendering speed was less than 25 m·min-1 ,the compound accumulation was 2~4 mm,the relative humidity of the spindle warehouse was less than 40%,and the temperature of the spindle warehouse was 2~3 ℃ higher than the outdoor temperature.The tires with high peeling force carcass steel cord fabric had significantly improving durability and extending service life.
