| 研究全钢载重子午线轮胎钢丝帘布剥离力的影响因素。通过试验确定钢丝帘布优化压延条件为：钢丝帘线张力 1 085 N，压延速度 ＜25 m·min-1 ，积胶量 2～4 mm，锭子库房相对湿度 ＜40%，锭子库房温度 高于室外温度2～3 ℃。胎体采用剥离力高的钢丝帘布的轮胎的耐久性能明显提高，使用寿命延长。 |

| The influencing factors of peeling force of steel cord fabric in all-steel truck and bus radial tire were studied.Through experiments，it could be determined that the optimal calendering conditions of steel cord fabric were as follows：the tension of the steel cord was 1 085 N，the calendering speed was less than 25 m·min-1 ，the compound accumulation was 2～4 mm，the relative humidity of the spindle warehouse was less than 40%，and the temperature of the spindle warehouse was 2～3 ℃ higher than the outdoor temperature.The tires with high peeling force carcass steel cord fabric had significantly improving durability and extending service life. |
