| 分析全钢载重子午线轮胎双条0°带束层压延导开后左右两侧长度和张力差异的产生原因，并采取相应解决措施。产生原因包括储步装置两侧质量差异、0°带束层厚度对称性差异、钢丝帘线排线板结构设计不合理、锭子架钢丝帘线放线张力差异和终炼胶门尼粘度过大等，通过采取确保储步装置两侧质量对称、优化0°带束层口型设计、优化钢丝帘线排线板结构设计、改进锭子架钢丝帘线放线张力控制系统和严格控制终炼胶门尼粘度等措施，有效解决了双条0°带束层导开后左右两侧长度和张力差异问题。 |

| The cases for differences in length and tension between the left and right sides of the double 0° belt layer of all-steel truck and bus radial tire after calendering and guiding was analyzed，and corresponding solution measures was taken.The cases was as followed：quality differences on both sides of the storage device，symmetry differences of the 0° belt layer thickness，unreasonable design of the steel cord layout plate structure，differences in the tension of the steel cord laying out on the spindle frame and excessive Mooney viscosity of the final compound.By taking solution measures such as ensuring the symmetry of the quality on both sides of the storage device，optimizing the design of the 0° belt layer mouth，optimizing the structure design of the steel cord layout plate，improving the laying out tension control system of the spindle frame steel cord and strictly controlling the Mooney viscosity of the final compound，the problem of the difference in length and tension on the left and right sides of the 0° belt layer after and guiding had been effectively solved. |
