      介绍205/55R16 91V舒适型轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 629 mm,断面宽 221 mm,行驶面宽度 168 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.46 mm,胎圈着合直径 404.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度 185.4 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.083,胎面花纹为非对称变节距花纹,花纹主沟深度 7.6 mm,花纹饱和度 67%。施工设计:胎面在传统结构基础上加入导电胶,2层带束层均采用2×0.30ST钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1100dtex/2聚酯帘布,钢丝圈采用 Φ1.2 mm高强度钢丝,成型采用一次法成型机,硫化采用氮气硫化工艺。成品试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈性能、高速性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,且轮胎在滚动阻力和噪声方面表现良好。

      The design of 205/55R16 91V comfort passenger car radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 629 mm,cross-section width 221 mm,width of running surface 168 mm,arc height of running surface 7.46 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 404.2 mm,bead width at rim seat 185.4 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.083,tread pattern was asymmetric variable pitch pattern,pattern main groove depth 7.6 mm,block/total ratio 67%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:on the basis of the traditional structure,conductive compound was added to the tread,2×0.30ST steel cords were used for two belt layers,2 layers of 1100dtex/2 polyester fabric were used for the carcass,and Φ1.2 mm high-strength steel wire was used for the bead wire.Using one-stage building machine to build tires,a nitrogen vulcanization process to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,bead-unseating performance,high-speed performance and durability of the finished tire all met the requirements of the corresponding design and national standards,and the tire performed low rolling resistance and noise.
