      介绍225/65R17 102T冬季轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 721 mm,断面宽 240 mm,行驶面宽度 184 mm,行驶面弧度高 8.15 mm,胎圈着合直径 434.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度 198 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.005 6,采用对称式花纹设计,花纹深度 7.8 mm,花纹饱和度 68%,花纹周节数 63。施工设计:采用上下两层复合式胎面结构,带束层采用2层3×0.28ST钢丝帘布,胎体使用2层1170dtex/2浸胶帘布,采用一次法成型机成型、低温氮气硫化工艺硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、高速性能和耐久性能均达到了设计目标和国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 225/65R17 102T winter passenger car radial tire was introduced.The structure design parameters as follows:outer diameter 721 mm,cross-section width 240 mm,width of running surface 184 mm,arc height of running surface  8.15 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 434.2 mm,bead width at rim seat 198 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.005 6,using the symmetrical pattern,pattern depth 7.8 mm,the block/total ratio 68%,number of pattern pitches 63.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:the upper and lower composite structure for tread,two layers 3×0.28ST steel cord for belt and 2 layers 1170dtex/2 impregnated cord for carcass,using one stage building machine to build tire,and low temperature nitrogen vulcanization process to cure tire.The test results of finished tire performance showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,bead unseating resistance,high-speed performance and durability met the design goals and requirement of national standards.
