      介绍305/70R19.5全钢载重子午线驱动轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 918 mm,断面宽 303 mm,行驶面宽度 252 mm,行驶面弧度高 8.2 mm,胎圈着合直径 493.3 mm,胎圈着合宽度 242 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.015,采用纵横沟交错的块状花纹设计,花纹深度 16 mm,花纹饱和度 69.2%,花纹周节数 51。施工设计:胎面采用胎面胶与基部胶大分层加缓冲胶片3层设计,胎体采用3×0.24+9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线,带束层采用3层加双层0°带束层缠绕设计,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层使用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线;成型采用一次法成型机,硫化采用热板硫化机、氮气硫化工艺进行硫化。成品试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相应设计和标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 305/70R19.5 truck and bus drive tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 918 mm,cross-sectional width 303 mm,width of running surface 252 mm,arc height of running surface 8.2 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 493.3 mm,bead width at rim seat 242 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.015,block pattern design with crisscross longitudinal and transverse grooves,pattern depth 16 mm,block/total ratio 69.2%,the pattern perimeter number 51.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:three layers design including tread compound,large layers of base compound and buffer film for tread,3×0.24+9×0.225CCST steel cord for carcass,3 layers of belt plus double layers of 0 ° belt winding design for belt,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt.One-stage molding machine was used to build tire,and hot plate curing press and nitrogen vulcanization process were used to cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,durability and high-speed performance of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding design and standards.
