      介绍轮胎噪声的产生机理、分类及影响因素,提出降低轮胎噪声的方法,并在此基础上设计了一款低噪声轿车轮胎。胎面花纹形式、节距种类及排列顺序、胎面胶配方以及轮胎均匀性等都对轮胎噪声有一定的影响。采用尽可能多的节距数、优化节距排列,调整胎面花纹形式、减小花纹沟深度和宽度,适当降低胎面胶硬度,减小胎冠和胎侧刚度,提高轮胎均匀性等均有利于降低轮胎噪声。配合使用轮胎噪声分析软件,对轮胎噪声性能进行预测,可大幅提高设计效率。
英文摘要:
      The generation mechanism,classification and influencing factors of tire noise were introduced,the methods to reduce tire noise were put forward,and a low-noise passenger car tire was designed on this basis.Tread pattern form,pitch type and arrangement order,tread compound formula and tire uniformity all had a certain impact on the tire noise.Adopting as many pitches as possible,optimizing pitch arrangement,adjusting tread pattern form,reducing the depth and width of pattern grooves,appropriately reducing the hardness of tread compound,reducing the stiffness of crown and sidewall,and improving tire uniformity were conducive to reducing tire noise.Using tire noise analysis software together to predict tire noise performance could greatly improve the design efficiency.
