      介绍GB/T 38529—2020《轮胎中限用物质的限量要求》的相关内容。该标准的制定有利于提升国内轮胎产品的技术含量和附加值、规避环保技术壁垒;标准规定了橡胶轮胎(含内胎、垫带)中不应使用的原料、限用物质及限量要求、测试方法、试样制备及符合性判定原则;其中轮胎和填充油中多环芳烃含量分别按照ISO 21461:2012中核磁共振波谱法和EN 16143:2013中气相色谱-质谱法测定。
英文摘要:
      The relevant content of GB/T 38529—2020 “Requirements of Concentration Limits for Restricted Substances in Tyres” was introduced.The formulation of this standard was conducive to improving the technical content and added value of domestic tire products,avoiding environmental protection technical barriers.The standard stipulates the raw materials that should not be used in rubber tires(including inner tubes and pads),restricted substances and requirements of concentration limits,test methods,sample preparation and determination principles.The content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in tires and filler oils were determined by the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer method in ISO 21461:2012 and the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method in EN 16143:2013,respectively.
