      介绍385/55R22.5宽基载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 996 mm,断面宽 384 mm,行驶面宽度 312 mm,行驶面弧度高 14.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 570.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 324 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2 ) 0.93,胎面花纹采用4条纵向曲折花纹沟设计,花纹深度 16 mm,花纹饱和度 74.5%,花纹周节数 61。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,1#和2#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用0.17+5×0.215+12×0.235ST钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明:轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应国家标准和企业标准要求,滚动阻力和噪声符合相应设计要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 385/55R22.5 wide base truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?996 mm,cross-sectional width?384 mm,width of running surface 312 mm,arc height of running surface 14.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?570.5 mm,bead width at rim seat?324 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)?0.93,using 4 longitudinal zigzag grooves tread pattern design,pattern depth?16 mm,block/total ratio?74.5%,and number of pattern pitches?61.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:two-fomular and three-piece for tread,3+8×0.33HT steel cord for 13# and 23# belt,5×0.35HI steel cord for 33# belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt,0.17+5×0.215+12×0.235ST steel cord for carcass,using one-step building machine to build tires,and double mold vulcanizing press to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength,durability and high speed performance of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding national and enterprise standards,and the rolling resistance and noise met the requirements of the corresponding design.
