      根据胎圈压力试验机工作原理,采用有限元仿真技术探讨轮胎胎圈压力三维仿真方法。分别建立分离式轮辋块和轮胎三维模型,从模型和模拟过程入手提高轮辋装配三维仿真过程的计算效率。结果表明:三维仿真精度比二维仿真精度提高;钢丝圈内直径对胎圈压力影响显著,轮胎设计时应严格控制此参数;钢丝圈的弹性模量系数在0.30~0.50范围内,钢丝圈材料模型可以较为准确地模拟真实钢丝圈材料;轮胎与轮辋之间的摩擦因数设定为0.5较为合适。
英文摘要:
      According to the working principle of bead pressure testing machine,the three-dimensional simulation method of tire bead pressure was discussed by using finite element simulation technology.The three-dimensional models of separated rim block and tire were established respectively,and the calculation efficiency of three-dimensional rim assembly simulation on process was improved from the model and simulation process.The results showed that,the accuracy of three-dimensional simulation was higher than that of two-dimensional simulation,the inner diameter of bead had a significant effect on bead pressure,which should be strictly controlled in tire design,the model of bead material could accurately simulate the real bead material,when the elastic modulus coefficient of bead was in the range of 0.30~0.50,and it was more suitable,when the friction coefficient between tire and rim was 0.5.
