      研究新型粘合剂RA-S在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明:与粘合剂RA胶料相比,新型粘合剂RA-S胶料的交联密度较大,焦烧时间较短,硫化时间较长;定伸应力略高,回弹值略大,耐热老化性能较好;老化前后与钢丝帘线的粘合性能提高,有利于提高轮胎的耐久性能和翻新次数。
英文摘要:
      The application of novel adhesive RA-S in carcass compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with adhesive RA compound,the crosslinking density of the compound with novel adhesive RA-S was higher,scorch time was shorter,curing time was longer,modulus was slightly higher,rebound value was slightly larger,and heat aging resistance was better,adhesion performance of the compound with steel cord before and after heat aging were improved,which was conducive to improve endurance performance and the number of retreading.
