      介绍机动车制动软管及其骨架材料屈挠疲劳试验的方法和国家标准的相关要求,有针对性地提出试验设备系统构建方案,包括试验设备的机械执行系统、测量与控制系统、机械执行系统方案优化。建立制动软管屈挠疲劳试验设备的三维数字样机,优化后设备具有转动惯量小、对机械加工精度要求低、可以小型化、低振动、低噪声等优点。建议实时跟踪国外机动车制动软管屈挠疲劳试验等标准发展趋势,积极与国际标准接轨。
英文摘要:
      The test method of flex fatigue property of brake hose and its skeleton material for motor vehicles,and the relevant requirements of national standards were introduced.The construction ideas of the test equipment system scheme were put forward,including the scheme optimization of mechanical execution system,measurement and control system and mechanical execution system.The three-dimensional digital prototype of brake hose flex fatigue test equipment was established.The optimized equipment had the advantages of small moment of inertia,low requirement for machining accuracy,miniaturization,low vibration and low noise.It was suggested that the development trend of brake hose standards for motor vehicles should be tracked in real time and be in line with international standards.
