      针对活塞杆胶开胶问题,分别从裂纹断口微观形貌、能谱、胶料和胶粘剂质量、金属骨架表面处理工艺、胶粘剂涂覆和硫化工艺等方面进行原因分析。通过等离子体表面处理技术和超声波脱脂技术处理金属骨架表面,采用智能视觉自动涂覆胶粘剂技术,加强过程控制等改进措施,可有效解决活塞杆开胶问题。
英文摘要:
      To solve the rubber cracking problem of piston rod,the cause was analyzed from the aspects of crack fracture,energy spectrum,rubber material and adhesive quality,metal framework surface treatment,gluing and curing process,et al.The improvement measures such as adopting plasma surface treatment,ultrasonic degreasing technology and intelligent visual automatic gluing technology were carried out,the rubber cracking problem was solved effectively.
