      为了满足高压清洗机封水密封制品的要求,采用以锦纶布为增强体、丁腈橡胶为橡胶基体的复合结构材料,研制高硬度耐高压水密封制品。结果表明,在胶浆中添加增粘树脂可有效提高锦纶布与橡胶基体的粘合强度,添加适量促进剂H可提高胶料硬度和耐磨性能;先用粘合剂预处理原布,再进行涂覆,可明显提高锦纶布与胶料的粘合强度;通过增强粘合底层胶和耐磨表层胶组合设计,试制密封制品的硬度高,耐磨性能优良,耐水性能明显优于进口密封制品。
英文摘要:
      In order to meet the requirements of sealing products for high-pressure cleaning machine,the composite materials with nylon fabric as reinforcement and acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber as rubber matrix were used to develop high hardness and high pressure water resistance sealing products.The results showed that,the adhesive strength of nylon fabric and rubber matrix could be effectively improved by adding tackifying resins to the glue,and the hardness and wear resistance of the compound could be improved by adding a proper amount of accelerator H.The adhesion strength of the nylon fabric and the compound could be significantly improved by pretreating the original fabric with adhesive agent and then coating.Through the combination design of adhesive-enhanced underlying compound and wear-resistant surface compound,the trial sealing products possessed high hardness and excellent wear resistance,and its water-resistance was significantly better than that of the imported sealing products.
