      介绍抗冲击、耐屈挠、抗撕裂输送带的结构设计、配方设计、生产工艺和产品性能。输送带由覆盖胶、芯胶、防撕裂线圈和钢丝绳组成。下覆盖胶与下芯胶之间埋入抗撕裂锰钢合金线圈。上下覆盖胶厚度分别为15和10 mm,上下芯胶厚度均为4.8 mm。覆盖胶主体橡胶材料选用耐磨和抗冲击性能较好的天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶。带芯骨架材料选用高强力和耐屈挠的钢丝绳。带坯成型先将上下芯胶与钢丝绳冷压贴合,然后将上下覆盖胶分别放在上下芯胶的上下再贴合。成品输送带抗冲击初始穿透能量为3 070 J,屈挠100万次输送带无异常,纵向撕裂强度为8.3 kN·m-1,使用寿命延长。输送线配置德国产防撕裂自动检测装置,输送线出现撕裂等异常情况时制动距离为5~72 m,处于国际领先水平。
英文摘要:
      The structure design,formula design,production process and product performance of steel cord conveyor belts with good impact resistance,flex resistance and tear resistance were introduced. The conveyor belt was composed of cover compound,core compound,tear-resistant manganese steel alloy coil and steel cord. The tear-resistant coils were embedded between the lower cover compound and the lower core compound. The thickness of upper and lower cover compound was 15 and 10 mm, respectively,and the thickness of both upper and lower core compound was 4.8 mm. The main rubber materials selected for the cover compound were natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber with good wear resistance and impact resistance. The steel cord with high strength and flex resistance was used for the core frame material. The upper and lower core compounds were cold pressed with the steel cord first,and then the upper and lower cover compounds were respectively placed on the upper and lower core compounds for bonding. The initial impact energy of the finished conveyor belt was 3 070 J,the conveyor belt had no abnormality after bending for 1 million times,the longitudinal tear strength reached 8.3 kN?m-1,and the service life was prolonged compared with regular conveyor belt. Equipped with a German automatic tear detection device, the braking distance of the conveyor line caused by tear and other abnormal conditions was 5~72 m,which was at the international leading level.
