      研究金属-有机骨架(MOFs)多孔材料ZIF-8的特性,并用其部分替代白炭黑和氧化锌用于轮胎胎面胶。结果表明:ZIF-8的骨架上含有大量金属活性位点,且大部分金属位点裸露在外,使其具有更高的催化性能,ZIF-8特殊的有机-无机骨架结构比表面积大,易分散且对小分子吸附性更好;在轮胎胎面胶中加入ZIF-8,可以大幅度降低氧化锌和白炭黑的用量,缩短硫化时间,能提高胶料的物理性能,使胶料具有更高的拉伸强度且保持较低的温升。
英文摘要:
      The properties of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)porous material ZIF-8 was investigated, and it was partly used to replace silica and zinc oxide in tire tread compound.The results showed that,the framework of ZIF-8 contained a large number of metal active sites,and most of the metal sites were exposed which made it have higher catalytic performance.ZIF-8 had a special organic-inorganic skeleton structure with large specific surface area,easy dispersion and better adsorption for small molecules.With the addition of ZIF-8 in tire tread compound,the amount of zinc oxide and silica could greatly reduced,the curing time was shorten,the physical properties of the compound was improved,the modulus of the compound was higher,a lower temperature rise of the compound was maintained.
