| 介绍280/85R24 R-1W农业子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 068 mm，断面宽度 283 mm，胎圈着合直径 611 mm，胎圈着合宽度 254 mm，行驶面宽度 266 mm，行驶面弧度高 15 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.731 1，花纹深度 43 mm，花纹周节数 19。施工设计：胎面采用胎冠包胎侧的结构，胎体采用两层1670dtex/2高模量低收缩聚酯（DSP）帘布，带束层采用4层1400dtex/3锦纶66帘布；采用两次法成型机成型，双模硫化机硫化。成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能和物理性能达到设计或国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 280/85R24 R-1W agriculture radial tire was described. In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 068 mm，cross-sectional width 283 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 611 mm，bead width at rim seat 254 mm，width of running surface 266 mm，arc height of running surface 15 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 0. 731 1，pattern depth 43 mm，and number of pattern pitches 19. In the construction design，sidewall was packeted by crown in tread，two layers of 1670dtex/2 DSP polyester cord were applied for carcass ply，and four layers of 1400dtex/3 nylon 66 cord were used for belt ply. The tire was built using a two-stage building machine and cured in a double mold vulcanizer. The peripheral dimension，durability performance and physical properties of the finished tire met the requirements of the design or national standard. |
