      进行混炼型耐磨聚氨酯橡胶的配方设计。结果表明,采用聚醚型聚氨酯橡胶UR101为主体材料,加入20份炭黑N220或气相法白炭黑,添加适当的硅烷偶联剂、防老剂和碳纳米管等,可得到综合性能良好的硫化胶,其DIN磨耗量可低至30~40 mm3
英文摘要:
      The formulation of wear resistant millable polyurethane rubber was developed in this study.The experimental testing results showed that,when polyether urethane rubber UR101 was used as main material,20 phr of carbon black N220 or fumed silica was used as reinforcing material,and appropriate amounts of silane coupling agent,antioxidant and carbon nanotubes were added in the formulation,the DIN wear loss of the compound reached as low as 30 ~ 40 mm3 and comprehensive properties of the compound were good.
