| 采用高效液相色谱法测定复合型塑解剂中2，2′ -二苯甲酰胺基二苯基二硫化物（DBD）的含量。结果表明：在取样量为30 mg的情况下，40 mL溶剂超声萃取一定时间，即可将样品中的DBD完全提取出来；溶剂可选丙酮、甲醇、乙腈中任意一种，不可使用四氢呋喃；优化测试条件为萃取溶剂 丙酮，超声萃取时间 10 min，静置时间 0. 5 h，流动相（等梯度洗脱） 四氢呋喃/水/甲醇（体积比为5/30/65）。 |

| The content of 2，2′ -dibenzamide diphenyl disulfide （DBD） in complex peptizer was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the DBD in the sample could be completely extracted by ultrasonic extraction and using 40 mL solvent for a certain time when the sample volume was 30 mg. Suitable solvents could be acetone，methanol and acetonitrile，and tetrahydrofuran could not be used. The test conditions were as follows: extraction solvent acetone，ultrasonic extraction time 10
min，standing time 0. 5 h，and mobile phase（equal gradient elution） tetrahydrofuran/water/methanol（volume ratio 5/30/65）. |
