中文摘要:
      对工程机械子午线轮胎胎面胶配方进行优化。结果表明:用炭黑N115和N330等量替代炭黑N234,并添加少量防焦剂CTP,胎面胶的生热降低,抗撕裂、抗切割、耐屈挠和耐热老化性能提高,尽管耐磨性能略有降低,但成品轮胎的使用寿命延长,生产成本降低。
英文摘要:
      In this study,the formula of the tread compound of off-the-road radial tire was optimized. In the optimized formula,carbon black N234 was replaced by an equal weight of carbon black N115 and N330 mixture and a small amount of anti-scorching agent CTP was added. The results showed that,the heat buildup of the tread compound decreased,tear resistance,cut resistance,flexing resistance and heat resistance were improved,abrasion resistance decreased slightly,the service life of the finished tire was prolonged and production cost was reduced.
