| 研究不产生亚硝胺的促进剂Vultac TB710（硫黄给予体）在三元乙丙橡胶中的应用。结果表明：促进剂Vultac TB710完全替代促进剂TMTD-80/DPTT-75/DTDM-80，胶料的硫化速度明显减慢，硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和压缩永久变形增大，增大促进剂Vultac TB710用量，胶料的硫化速度提高；促进剂Vultac TB710的有效成分烷基苯酚二硫化物硫化时分解生成的烷基苯酚自由基或烷基硫自由基与受阻酚结构酚类防老剂具有相似的结构特点，其具有明显的热氧防护性能。 |

| The application of accelerator Vultac TB710（sulfur donor） which did not produce nitrosamines in EPDM compound was studied.The results showed that，when accelerator Vultac TB710 replaced accelerator TMTD-80，DPTT-75，or DTDM-80 in the compound，the vulcanization speed of the compound slowed down，and the tensile strength，elongation at break and compression set increased.When the dosage of accelerator Vultac TB710 increased，the vulcanization speed of the compound increased.The active component of accelerator Vultac TB710，alkylphenol disulfide，decomposed during the vulcanization and produced alkylphenol free radicals or alkyl sulfide free radicals which possessed similar structural features as hindered phenol antioxidants and provided protection against thermal oxidative aging. |
