中文摘要:
      研究几种防老剂单用或并用对过氧化物硫化体系氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:防老剂 ZMTI对胶料硫化特性和物理性能的影响较小,胶料的耐热老化性能较优;随着防老剂ZMTI用量的增大,胶料的耐热老化性能提高,但抗压缩永久变形性能下降;防老剂ZMTI与复合抗氧剂FG或防老剂ODA并用时胶料的耐热老化性能提高,但与防老剂445或防老剂RD并用时胶料的耐热老化性能下降。
英文摘要:
      The effects of several antioxidants on the properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) compounds with the peroxide vulcanization system were studied. The results showed that the influence of antioxidant ZMTI on the vulcanization and physical properties of the compound was small,and the heat aging resistance of the compound was better. With the increase of antioxidant ZMTI amount,the heat aging resistance of the compound was improved,but the compression permanent set increased. When antioxidant ZMTI was used with complex antioxidant FG or ODA,the heat aging resistance of the compound was improved. However,when antioxidant ZMTI was used with antioxidant 445 or RD,the heat aging resistance of the compound was decreased.
