      研究硅烷偶联剂(偶联剂Si69和KH570)和表面活性剂[聚乙二醇(PEG)和十八醇]作为白炭黑改性剂对天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响。结果表明:与无改性剂胶料相比,添加改性剂胶料的硫化速度加快,填料网络结构降低;两种偶联剂和PEG胶料的交联密度增大,300%定伸应力、撕裂强度和耐磨性能提高;两种偶联剂胶料的拉伸强度提高,两种表面活性剂胶料的拉伸强度降低;两种偶联剂和十八醇胶料的结合胶质量分数增大。改性剂有助于改善白炭黑的分散性能及其与橡胶基体的作用,偶联剂Si69对白炭黑胶料的改性效果最好。
英文摘要:
      In this study,the effect of silane coupling agent(coupling agent Si69 and KH570)and surfactant [polyethylene glycol(PEG) and 1-octadecanol] as silica modifiers on the properties of silica filled NR compound was investigated.The results showed that,compared with the compound without modifier,the curing rate of the compound with modifier increased and filler’s framework was lowered,the crosslinking density of the vulcanizates with silane or PEG increased,the modulus at 300% elongation,tear strength and abrasion resistance of the vulcanizates increased,the tensile strength of the vulcanizates with silane increased while that with PEG or 1-octadecanol decreased,the bound rubber content of the compound with silane coupling agents or 1-octadecanol increased.It was concluded that addition of modifiers improved the silica dispersion and interaction between silica and rubber matrix,and the best results were obtained using coupling agent Si69.
