      介绍11.00R20 18PR BYD865矿山用全钢载重子午线轮胎(公路型)的设计。结构设计:外直径膨胀率 1.004,断面宽膨胀率 0.989 8,行驶面宽度 228 mm,行驶面弧度高 8.6 mm,胎圈着合直径 508 mm,胎圈着合宽度 216 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.09;胎面花纹采用横向波浪形大块花纹与纵向加强筋结合,花纹饱和度为72%。施工设计:胎面采用全分层设计,胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,成型采用一次法三鼓成型机,硫化采用双模蒸锅式B型硫化机。成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能达到国家标准要求。

      This study presented a design of 11.00R20 18PR BYD865 mining TBR tire (road type).In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:outside diameter expansion ratio 1.004,cross section width expansion ratio 0.989 8,width of running surface 228 mm,arc height of running surface 8.6 mm,bead diameter 508 mm,bead width 216 mm,and maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2) 1.09.Horizontal wavy pattern and longitudinal reinforcement pattern were designed for tread with pattern saturation of 72%.In the construction design, layered structure was applied in tread,0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord was used in carcass and 3+8×0.33HT steel cord was used in belt layer.The tire was formed using single-stage three-drum molding machine and cured using type-B vulcanizing machine.The experimental test results of the finished tire showed that peripheral dimensions,strength performance and endurance performance of the tire met the requirements of national standards.
