      通过改变炭黑的比表面积,对比动态热机械分析仪(DMA)与橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)检测炭黑填充胎面胶的动态力学性能。结果表明:DMA与RPA测试的炭黑胶料的动态力学性能趋势相同,由于RPA制样简便,除低温下,可以采用RPA测试减少DMA测试的工作量,降低测试成本。
英文摘要:
      Dynamic thermomechanical analyzer(DMA) and rubber processing analyzer(RPA) were compared to detect tread compound filled with different surface area carbon black.The results showed that the dynamic mechanical properties of carbon black filled compound tested by DMA and RPA had the same trend.For sample preparation was simple and convenient,RPA could greatly reduce work and test cost of DMA except low temperature conditions.
