| 介绍14.00－24 28PR港口堆高机用工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 410 mm，断面宽 345 mm，行驶面宽度 342 mm，行驶面弧度高 21 mm，胎圈着合直径 615 mm，胎圈着合宽度 254 mm，断面水平轴位置
（H1/H2） 0.794 6，采用以横向花纹沟为主的加深块状花纹，花纹周节数 24。施工设计：胎面采用缠绕法生产，胎圈采用三钢丝圈结构，胎体采用16层高强度1870dtex/2锦纶66帘布，缓冲层采用4层1400dtex/2V3锦纶66帘布，采用胶囊反包成型机成型，190.5 cm硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均达国家标准和相关设计要求。 |

| The design on 14.00－24 28PR off-the-road tire for port stacking machine was described. In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter?1 410 mm，cross-sectional width?345 mm，width of running surface 342 mm，arc height of running surface 21 mm，bead diameter at rim seat?615 mm，bead width at rim seat?254 mm，maximum width position of cross–section
（H1/H2）?0.794 6，deepening block pattern with transverse pattern groove as the main part was adopted，and number of pattern pitches?24.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：the tread was produced by winding method，the bead was made of three bead rings，using 16 layers of high strength 1870dtex/2 nylon 66 cord for carcass，and 4 layers of 1400 dtex/2V3 nylon 66 cord for breaker ply，using bladder turn up building machine to build tires，and 190.5 cm curing press to cure tires．It was confirmed by the finished tire test that，the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of national standards and relevant design. |
