促进剂TBSI属于伯胺类促进剂,硫化反应时不产生易致癌的亚硝胺。研究环保型促进剂TBSI在胶料中的应用性能和环保性能。结果表明:与促进剂DCBS,TBBS和CBS相比,环保型促进剂TBSI的储存稳定性更好,其胶料的硫化反应活化能更大,焦烧时间更长,加工安全性和抗硫化返原性较好,其更加适用于厚制品,可以替代促进剂TBBS/防焦剂CTP单独使用;促进剂TBSI及其胶料的叔丁胺和挥发性有机化合物的质量分数较小,环保性能更好。 |

Accelerator TBSI is a primary amine accelerator,which does not produce carcinogenic
nitrosamines during vulcanization. The application performance and environmental performance of the
environmentally friendly accelerator TBSI in compounds were studied. The results showed that compared
with the accelerators DCBS,TBBS and CBS,TBSI had better storage stability,and the compound with
TBSI had higher activation energy of vulcanization reaction,longer scorch time,better processability and
anti-reversion property. TBSI was more suitable for thick products and could be used alone to replace the
accelerator TBBS/anti-scorching agent CTP. Moreover,accelerator TBSI and its compound had better
environmental performance,with lower mass fraction of tert-butylamine and volatile organic compounds. |
