      对大型非对称结构的高铁动车外风挡注射模具冷流道进行优化设计。采用正交试验法对注射模具冷流道设计8个方案,通过有限元模拟软件POLYFLOW,从流体压力、流速、剪切速率和粘度4个方面对8个设计方案进行仿真模拟,选出优化方案;对优化方案的主要变量入口流量进行一次寻优,得出最优方案:分流道选用模型二,浇口直径为6 mm,入口流量为90 cm 3·s-1
英文摘要:
      In this paper,the cold runner of the large asymmetric rubber product injection mold used in high-speed rail outer windshield was designed and optimized.Eight schemes were designed for the cold runner of the injection mold according to the orthogonal test method.Through the use of the finite element simulation software POLYFLOW,eight design schemes were simulated for fluid pressure,flow velocity,shear rate and viscosity.The optimization scheme was selected,then the main variables—the inlet flow rate in the scheme were optimized once,and the best design scheme was finally obtained:Model 2 was selected for the diversion channel,the gate diameter was 6 mm, and the inlet flow rate was 90 cm3·s-1.
