      采用熔融法制备反式聚异戊二烯(TPI)接枝马来酸酐(MAH)(TPI-g-MAH),并与聚异戊二烯(IR)并用,研究IR/TPI-g-MAH并用胶的微观形态和物理性能。结果表明:以过氧化二异丙苯为引发剂的接枝产物TPI-g-MAH的差示扫描量热(DSC)曲线由未接枝TPI的DSC曲线的双峰分布转为单峰分布;与IR/TPI胶料相比,IR/TPI-g-MAH胶料的正硫化时间缩短,硫化胶的界面相容性和白炭黑分散性改善,物理性能和耐磨性能提高。

      Trans-polyisoprene(TPI) grafted maleic anhydride(MAH)(TPI-g-MAH) was prepared by melting method and then TPI-g-MAH was blended with isopreneisoprene(IR),the morphology and physical properties of IR/TPI-g-MAH blend were studied.The results showed that,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) curves of grafted products TPI-g-MAH using DCP as initiator presented bimodal distribution,and that of ungrafted TPI presented bimodal distribution.Compared with IR/TPI compound,the optimum cure time of IR/TPI-g-MAH compound was reduced,the interfacial compatibility,the dispersion of silica,the physical properties and wear resistance of the vulcanizate were improved.
