研究裂解炭黑YD在半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:当裂解炭黑YD以10%~20%等量替代炭黑N550,胶料的损耗因子减小,物理性能保持同水平,胶料成本下降;当裂解炭黑YD以20%~40%等量替代炭黑N550,胶料的储能模量减小,但胶料的硬度、定伸应力和撕裂强度也减小,影响胶料的使用性能。 |

The application of pyrolysis carbon black YD in the sidewall compound of steel-belted radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,as pyrolysis carbon black YD instead of carbon black N550 with 10%~20% equivalent dosage,the loss factor of the compound decreased,the physical properties kept the same level,and the cost of the compound decreased.When pyrolysis carbon black YD instead of carbon black N550 with 20%~40% equivalent dosage,the storage modulus of the compound decreased,but the hardness,modulus and tear strength of the compound also decreasd,which affected the performance of the compound. |
