      介绍305/70R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 998 mm,断面宽 308 mm,行驶面宽度 244 mm,行驶面弧度高 8 mm,胎圈着合直径 569 mm,胎圈着合宽度 241 mm,断面水平轴位置((H1 /H2 ) 1.02,采用条形花纹设计,花纹深度 15 mm,花纹饱和度 73.1%,花纹周节数 43。施工设计:胎面采用两方两块设计,1#和2#带束层采用3+8×0.33ST高强度钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI高抗冲击钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE高伸长钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线,采用一次法机械三鼓成型机成型、双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 305/70R22.5 truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?998 mm,cross-sectional width?308 mm,width of running surface 244 mm,arc height of running surface 8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?569 mm,bead width at rim seat?241 mm,maximum width position of cross–section((H1 /H2 )?1.02,using strip pattern design,pattern depth?15 mm,block/total ratio?73.1%,and number of pattern pitches?43.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:two-piece and two-fomular for tread,3+8×0.33ST high strength steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0.30HI high impact resistance steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0.20HE high tention steel cord for 0° belt,3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord for carcass,using single-stage three drum building machine to build tire and double mold vulcanizing machine to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of the national standards.
