      以18.00R33全钢工程机械子午线轮胎为例,利用有限元技术分析负荷状态下高胎体帘布反包全钢子午线轮胎胎圈部位应力/应变分布,重点分析高模量钢丝帘线受力情况。结果表明:轮胎在负荷状态下胎体帘布反包钢丝帘线会出现局部受压缩应力的情况,在轮胎滚动过程中该区域钢丝帘线在拉伸应力和压缩应力之间循坏波动,且随着负荷率的增大,波动幅度急剧增大,钢丝帘线易与橡胶剥离而导致脱层;轮胎实际损坏形式验证了有限元分析结果的准确性。
英文摘要:
      Taking 18.00R33 all steel off-the-road radial tire as an example,FEA technology was used to analyze the stress/strain distribution at the bead position of high carcass cord turn-up all steel radial tire under load,with emphasis on the stress distribution of high modulus steel cord.The results showed that the partial compression stress would appear on the turn-up steel cord of the carcass cord under the loading condition.During the rolling process of the tire,the tension stress and compression stress of the steel cord in this area would fluctuate,and with the increase of the loading ratio,the fluctuation would increase sharply,which could easily cause delamination with rubber peeling.The actual damage form of the tire verified the accuracy of FEA analysis results.
