| Combined with the development status of China’s tire industry and the contradiction between quality improvement and cost control，taking tire quality control as an example，the statistical process control tool was used to link the design process and manufacturing process through the optimization of manufacturing process and tolerance design，so as to achieve the optimal balance between tire quality and cost.At the same time，combined with the new technology in the development of the internet，the further breakthroughs had been made. |
