      结合我国轮胎行业发展现状及其质量提升与成本控制矛盾,以轮胎质量控制为例,使用统计过程控制工具,通过制造过程与公差设计的优化,将设计过程与制造过程进行关联,进而实现轮胎质量与成本的最优平衡,同时结合互联网发展中的新技术应用,得到进一步的突破。

      Combined with the development status of China’s tire industry and the contradiction between quality improvement and cost control,taking tire quality control as an example,the statistical process control tool was used to link the design process and manufacturing process through the optimization of manufacturing process and tolerance design,so as to achieve the optimal balance between tire quality and cost.At the same time,combined with the new technology in the development of the internet,the further breakthroughs had been made.
